Would you like to improve the comfort of your back and reduce stress? A new course, Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs, will be starting at Oakham All Saints Church Hall in November. Specialised, small group weekly classes, taught over 12 weeks, are beginner friendly and will motivate and teach you to improve your health for the long term. Simple, gentle and effective. Starting Monday 5th November 5:15-6:30pm and Thursday 8th November 12:00-1:15pm.
