A huge thank you to everyone in the Oakham Team for all your kind thoughts and prayers leading up to my ordination, and also for the delicious cake and the beautiful gift of a portable home communion set – I will remember you all whenever I use this (which will be regularly in the Rutland Water Benefice). I would also like to say thank you to all of you who travelled to Peterborough Cathedral to attend the ordination service – it was amazing and humbling to have so many people there to support me and I am very grateful for all of you, and for the many cards and messages I received.
