At the meeting on 20 November Gordon reported the results of the stewardship campaign (see separate post) – there would be a letter of thanks from Lee to all givers; alms box – we now have agreement for a new one, which will be installed as soon as possible; church toilet – this would be completely refurbished soon, thanks to funding from the Church Hall committee; other minor maintenance matters were discussed; Deanery Synod – the programme for 2018 was outlined; health & safety – a written policy is in progress; Christmas leaflet – this is available, and in addition to usual outlets will be distributed to Oakham Heights with the CTiO welcome leaflet; mission giving – the planning meeting will be on Tue 19 Dec.
