All Saints Oakham – Lighting Appeal – Let there be light!
In 2022 All Saints Oakham embarked on a once in a generation project to completely renew the lighting in our church. With proper lighting we can make the most of Oakham’s Grade I listed church and expand its use for services concerts, school and heritage visits, weddings, exhibitions, and community events. With thanks to the many people who have donated and organisations which have made grants, we now just need the final 10% towards our target of £105,000. Could you help us raise the remaining £10,500?
There are a number of ways to give:
1) Via the donation card reader in All Saints Oakham. Please choose the ‘lighting improvement’ option on the screen and use the gift aid option if you can.
2) A direct bank transfer to Oakham All Saints PCC sort code 40-43-05 acc no. 01141171.
3) A cheque made payable to Oakham All Saints PCC, or cash, using a yellow gift aid envelope if you can, and marked ‘lighting’. Cheque or cash donations can be placed in the secure wall safe near the west door, or sent to All Saints Church, Church Street, Oakham, LE15 6AA.
If the project is oversubscribed, any residue will be restricted to further conservation and restoration work. Please fill in one of our Lighting Appeal leaflets if you can add Gift Aid to your donations.
With sincere thanks
Revd Stephen.
