During Holy Week 2016, around 300 children from local primary schools took part in Experience Easter at All Saints Oakham, an interactive journey through the story of Holy Week, in which children are invited to enter into the events of the narrative through six interactive stations.
The children took part in the six stations in small of groups of 8 to 10, starting from Palm Sunday, through the Last Supper, Washing of the Disciples’ Feet, the Garden of Gethsemane, and the Crucifixion, finally arriving at the Empty Tomb after Jesus’ Resurrection.
