Spiritual Wisdom for Each Day
Think… Study… Learn… Discuss… Pray… Live…
What is Everyday Faith?
An interactive meeting designed to help Christians think about and apply their faith in the everyday situations of life.
Who is Everyday Faith for?
Anyone at any stage of their Christian journey. It’s not aimed at children, although older teenagers are welcome.
How do I get involved with Everyday Faith?
Come of one of the evening meetings advertised in this leaflet or use the contact details in this leaflet for more information.
What should I expect at a meeting?
There will be refreshments served on arrival, usually a talk or presentation on a topic, a time of discussion or group study (if you wish), time for questions and comments, an opportunity to respond in prayer or silence, informal conversation.
What might I gain from Everyday Faith?
We hope you will see the relevance of Jesus Christ and his message for every area of life. We hope you will find God’s wisdom in the Bible. We hope you will be helped by sharing the Christian journey with others.
Is it just a monthly meeting?
There will be the option to join in the Lent and Advent study groups, or home-based bible study groups. Later in the year we will produce material for everyday prayer and bible study. We will also be exploring how to put our faith into practice.
When and Where?
Everyday Faith takes place at All Saints’ Church Oakham on Wednesday evenings at 7.30pm about once a month. The meetings will last around an hour and a half, although you can come for as much or as little as you like. There is no charge.

Happy are those who find wisdom, and those who get understanding, for her income is better than silver, and her revenue better than gold.
She is more precious than jewels, and nothings you desire can compare with her.
She is a tree of life for those who lay hold of her. Those who hold her fast are called happy.
Proverbs 3.13-15,18
