The Come and Chat Bereavement Support Group will be re-launched for a trial three month period, beginning Friday 26 April. The group will meet from 10.30am to 12 noon at the Church Hall on the last Friday of each month. All who feel they might benefit are welcome, from the recently bereaved, to those who experienced a significant loss long ago. We would invite anyone from Oakham and the wider benefice, whether or not they are members of our church community, and those of all faiths and none are welcome. Members of the Bereavement Supporters Group will be available to offer informal listening support and signpost to other services as appropriate. There will be the opportunity to talk to one another, share experiences and offer mutual support. People are welcome to turn up on the day with no pre-booking required.
